BIOLOGY
Biology is the study of natural science concerned with the study of life and living organisms I.E., plants and animals.
The word biology is the combination of two words botany and zoology. Botany means the plants, which keeps the knowledge of plants. Zoology means the animal, who keeps the knowledge of animals are called zoologisTS. bIOLOGY IS THE COMBINATION OF ZOOLOGY AND BOTANY.
THE BIOLOGY IS COINED BY LAMARCK AND TRIVIRANUS. THE SCIENTIST WHO GAVE HIS THOUGHT FOR THE FIRST TIME ABOUT THE LIFE OF PLANTS AND ANIMALS WAS ARISTOTLE.
THAT’S WHY HE IS KNOWN AS THE FATHER OF BIOLOGY. HE IS ALSO KNOWN AS THE FATHER OF ZOOLOGy.
THE FATHER OF BOTANY IS THEOPHRASTUS.
